High-quality drug discovery service
For projects involving flow chemistry, pumps that deliver pyrophoric and reactive chemicals in a safe, programmed fashion, with minimal pulsation, across a wide range of flow rates and operating times are necessary. In practice, this means all wetted parts of the system must be inert to a wide range of aggressive matter. > read more
A novel method for assessing the coating uniformity of hot-melt coated particles using micro-computed tomography
The study of Woerthmann et al. presents a new method for analyzing the properties of coated spherical particles, especially the coating layer thickness. The mzr-4605 pump equipped with a heating module was used in their experimental setup for the hot-melt coating experiments to test their novel method and to compare their findings with conventional methods.
