Continuous quality management system
As part of its quality policy, HNP Mikrosysteme was awarded the certificate for the effective introduction of a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 by TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH in spring 2012.
As a manufacturer of components to be used in the field of micro metering engineering, we have a great responsibility to ensure the safety of our end customers. We fulfill this responsibility via a high standard of quality embraced by all of our employees, a modern production process, and intensive product checks.
This is why we ensure the consistently high quality of our products via extensive test procedures. Following the product’s approval for series production, we work continuously on further optimizing our products. Our sales and distribution department ensures that the requirements and specifications of our customers are fulfilled as effectively as possible by providing intensive process-oriented consultation. As part of our quality policy, we continue to develop our quality management system in accordance with DIN ISO EN 9001.
Quality throughout the product life cycle
Basis of our understanding of quality is our self-developed, certified and practiced quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, which systematically takes quality into account from development to service throughout product life cycle and the entire value chain. In addition, we intend to align our quality management system to DIN EN ISO 13485 and prepare for certification.
Through short decision-making channels, lean processes and continuous improvement, our organization reacts flexibly and quickly to the demanding requirements and wishes of our customers. We put the customer at the center of our actions.
The responsible use of natural resources is of great importance in the context of the EU's climate neutrality by 2050 (Green Deal). We are setting the course for sustainability both at product level and in our production. In addition to the durability and reparability of our products, achieving CO2 neutrality is a key goal of sustainable action for HNPM.
The motivation and qualification of our employees as well as appreciative communication are prerequisites for our positive corporate culture and our corporate success. Personal initiative and the entrepreneurial actions of our employees are prerequisites for excellence.

We distribute our products worldwide with our own employees and authorized dealers, whom we train and support intensively. Our sales team takes care of the needs of our customers with a high level of expertise. In production we focus on our core processes that make our products unique - this is especially the assembly. In an ergonomic and clean working environment, we produce following comprehensively documented processes based on years of experience and the knowledge of our employees.

The reliable performance of our products depends on the observance of the strictest tolerances and demanding quality features as well as of high-quality materials and semi-finished products. We work together from the development to the delivery of the product components with carefully selected suppliers in the long term and in partnership.
