Personalized creams and beauty products
After a skin analysis, selected raw materials, serums and special active ingredients are combined according to the individual needs and problems of the user. This is how personalized creams are produced. The number of ingredients is as flexible as the viscosities. The dosing quantities range from 30 µl to 40 ml.
This application requires a modular automation solution. Pharmabotix AG, Switzerland, has developed the modular automation solution UNICO for this purpose. The basic system offers the processing of ten different ingredients and can be expanded as required. State-of-the-art robot and control technology is combined with precise pumps from HNP Mikrosysteme.
Pumps of the modular series as well as the low pressure series are used. Furthermore, functional modules consisting of manifold, filter, pump and valve (F-P-V module) are integrated.
