You have the right:
7 Right of objection
If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 (f) GDPR, you have the right in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising. If you wish to exercise your right of revocation or objection, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
8 Data security
We use the most common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. Whether a single page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form is indicated by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
We also use suitable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously updated according to technological developments.
9 Automated decision-making
We do use your data for automatic decision making or profiling.
10 Use of Google Maps
On our website, we use Google Maps, a web service for the display of interactive (land) maps to visually display geographical information provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Using this service will show you our location and make it easier for you to find us.
Even when opening sub-pages which include the Google Maps map, information about your use of our website (such as your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This takes place regardless of whether Google makes available a user account via which you are logged in or no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. An evaluation of this nature is carried out in particular in accordance with art. 6 para. 1 lit.f GDPR on the basis of Google's legitimate interest in the placement of personalised advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
