The micro annular gear pump mzr-7245 of the modular series is suitable for dosing and metering in low to medium pressure and viscosity ranges. To the main assets of this series belong pulseless, high precision low volume dosage of non-lubricating liquids, compact design with smallest dimensions and low price. These pumps are suitable for dosing and dispensing deionized water, aqueous solutions, solvents as well as low to highly viscous oils, lubricants or dyes.

Micro annular gear pump mzr^®-6355

Because of its almost universal suitability for aggressive and corrosive liquids, the micro annular gear pump mzr-6355 of the new hermetic and chemically inert series is a innovatory solution in the pump technology.

Rotors and functional elements made of synthetic diamond with tungsten carbide core confer to the pump the highest chemical resistance and an outstanding resistance to wear. Shaft and bearing made of SSiC (pressureless sintered silicon carbide), a magnetic coupling and pump housing components made of alloy C22 (DIN 2.4602) make this pump suitable for challenging chemical applications.

The micro annular gear pump mzr-2942 of the modular series is suitable for dosing and metering of aggressive or corrosive liquids. Equipped with oxide-ceramic bearings the pump body as well as the rotors can be selected in its material configuration. Depending on the liquid, a choice of different resistant components enables a customized configuration. The rotors are available in ZrO2-ceramics. Alloy C276/C22 and PEEK^TM form the variants of the housing body.

The new micro annular gear pump mzr-11508 is equipped with tungsten carbide gears and bearings. Hard material and precision manufacturing guarantee the unique features of dosing precision, high service life and wear resistance for low volume dosage of non-lubricating liquids. With a high-power DC-servomotor the pump has a compact design and covers the flow range 0.19-1152 ml/min.
