Because of its almost universal suitability for aggressive and corrosive liquids, the micro annular gear pump mzr-6355 of the new hermetic and chemically inert series is a innovatory solution in the pump technology.

Rotors and functional elements made of synthetic diamond with tungsten carbide core confer to the pump the highest chemical resistance and an outstanding resistance to wear. Shaft and bearing made of SSiC (pressureless sintered silicon carbide), a magnetic coupling and pump housing components made of alloy C22 (DIN 2.4602) make this pump suitable for challenging chemical applications.

Equipped with oxide-ceramic bearings the pump body as well as the rotors can be selected in its material configuration. Depending on the liquid, a choice of different resistant components enables a customized configuration. The rotors are available in ZrO2-ceramics. Alloy C276/C22 and PEEK^TM form the variants of the housing body.

Controller S-KG

The controller S-KG is recommended for continuous flow control in combination with the micro annular gear pumps mzr-2521, mzr-2921 and mzr-4622. The 4-Q-DC servo amplifier allows control of a constant flow rate via motor speed using the encoder mode of operation. Speed can be adjusted either with an external voltage signal, external current signal  or an external potentiometer.
